You are responsible for allowing suitable ventilation and drying time after the service. We may provide aftercare recommendations, but the drying outcome depends on airflow, temperature, pile density, and humidity.

Complaints, Re-Cleans and Remedies

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, you should notify us as soon as reasonably possible and within a reasonable time after completion. This allows us to assess the issue while the relevant conditions are still observable. We may ask for photographs, a description of the concern, and access to the area for inspection.

Where a complaint is valid and the issue results from our failure to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, we may offer a re-clean, a partial refund, or another appropriate remedy. Any remedy will be determined fairly and in line with your legal rights. We are not obliged to provide a remedy for matters caused by pre-existing conditions, inaccurate information, or factors outside our control.

Any re-clean or corrective visit must be arranged within a reasonable period and may be limited to the original areas cleaned. We reserve the right to decline a remedy if the carpet has been altered after the original visit, including by additional cleaning, heavy use, spills, moving furniture, or attempts to treat the issue by third parties.

Insurance, Risk and Transfer of Responsibility

We maintain insurance cover appropriate to the nature of our services. Insurance does not mean that every claim will be accepted automatically. Any claim must be supported by evidence and relate directly to our work. You should take reasonable steps to protect valuable or fragile items before the service begins.

Risk in your carpets remains with you at all times, except to the extent that damage is caused by our negligence while the items are in our care. Once the service is completed and the premises are returned to you, responsibility for maintenance, ventilation, and ongoing protection passes back to you. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by normal use after completion.

If you ask us to proceed despite a warning about potential risk, you acknowledge that the service is being carried out at your request and subject to that warning. We may refuse unsafe instructions. Any waiver or agreement to proceed does not remove your statutory rights or our obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform where the cause is beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, extreme weather, transport disruption, utility failure, fire, flood, industrial action, public health restrictions, civil unrest, or equipment supply issues. If a force majeure event prevents us from completing a booking, any prepaid amount for unperformed work will usually be refunded or carried forward by agreement.
